Parking at Frasers Plus Luton is changing. It is still automatic, ticketless and as easy as ever, but parking payments are now managed by Hozah.
Hozah is an automatic parking payment system that securely stores your vehicle and payment details in advance. Once registered, your vehicle is detected as you enter and exit the car park, with payment taken automatically after your visit.
This means there is no need to use pay machines, display tickets or remember to pay before leaving.
How does it work?
Getting started with Hozah is quick and straightforward:
• Register your vehicle and payment details at hozah.com/autopay or via the Hozah app
• Drive into the car park as normal, your vehicle will be automatically detected
• Enjoy your visit
• Drive out, your parking fee will be calculated based on your length of stay and taken automatically
It’s a seamless process designed to save time and make parking stress-free.
Alternative payment options will still be available
For visitors who prefer to use other methods, alternative payment options remain in place, including:
• Pay by web: visit hozah.com/1244 for Market & Central Car Parks – quick & easy for occasional visits
• Pay by web: visit hozah.com/1245 for Library Car Park – quick & easy for occasional visits
• On-site card payment kiosks inside the shopping centre and by the car park exits
