Here at Frasers Plus Luton we take our responsible business commitments very seriously and this has become an integral part of our everyday business. It is a requirement of all of us to ensure our planet is protected for generations to come whether that be through business operations or within our own community living. We are proud of what we do and strive to be the best we can.
We engage with several external organisations to share our journey, and to achieve accreditation for our commitment to the Environmental, Social and Governance agenda. For example, we have achieved 9 consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards for our work in ensuring we provide a safe, secure environment for our guests and also our retailers and staff and in 2025 we were awarded two Golds at the International Green Apple Environment Awards 2025. We are members of the Better Buildings Partnership and BSRIA (Building Services Research and Information Association).
