There are lifts (with audio) to the Gallery Level of the centre, outside Lidl, as well as lifts to all car parks. All lifts in Frasers Plus Luton have emergency alarms and low level buttons. Our entrances have either automatic doors or none for easy access and assistance dogs are always welcome.
There are accessible parking bays in the Market Car Park and Central Car Park. If using the Market Car Park in the evening, please park on the Ground floor only as the lifts in the Market Car Park are not accessible during the evening as they all lead into the closed part of the centre. Alternatively Central Car Park can be used in the evening as access to the lift is maintained.
*Please note lift access in Market Car Park is from Level 3 and above.
Located in Market Car Park on Level 3, Shopmobility are open every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30am to 3pm and the last scooter will be issued at 1:30pm.
